So overall, you're doing pretty good! Your daily diet seems to be moving in the right direction but you're still not eating breakfast?

If you're already eating a regular breakfast, Great job. If you're not, get started. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For maintaining weight and having optimum performance, a good

breakfast is essential. Start small with fruit, a protein shake, or something portable like hard boiled eggs, then slowly grow your appetite. Research shows that eating the majority of your calories in the morning is key to maintaining a healthy weight and boosting your metabolism.

Here are a few quick breakfast ideas.

Easy Breakfast Smoothie Drink: Choconana Lift

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Almond Milk 8 oz.

  • Banana

  • 2 Scoops Collagen Vital Proteins Vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon MCT Coconut Oil

  • 4 Ice Cubes

Blend all ingredients and pour into a cup.

Greek Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh berries

  • 1 banana silced

  • 10 almonds slivered

Layer ingredients into a bowl starting with berries, then yogurt, nuts and top with bananas.

Egg Booster

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1 cup steamed veggies

2 oz cheddar cheese

2 oz milk

Mix all ingredients into a bowl and microwave in a safe bowl for 1 minute; stir and add 30 more seconds.
