Apple Cider Vinegar (no blender):
1 glass of warm or hot water (12-16 oz.)
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
2 tablespoon lemon juice.
½-1 teaspoon ground ginger.
¼ teaspoon cinnamon.
1 dash cayenne pepper.
1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)
Turmeric and Ginger
1.12-16 oz of coconut water
2. 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
3. ½-1 teaspoon of ginger
4. Juice of ½ of a lemon
5. Pinch of sea salt
6. 1 teaspoon of honey
Wheatgrass, enough to make about 1/2 cup (113.4 grams) when cut and chopped
2 to 3 cups (500 to 750 milliliters) water
½ of a lemon
The three signature recipes feature three main ingredients: apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and wheatgrass. These ingredients are anti-inflammatory, beneficial to digestive health, and help to cleanse the liver. The additional lemon, honey, ginger and cayenne pack plenty of B vitamins and help balance the body's PH levels. These three powerful juice cleanses will detox and rejuvenate your body, you just have to try them to see what amazing things they can do for you!
You should cleanse to rest your stomach, reset your good bacteria in your gut and give your liver a rest. That means no alcohol while juicing.
