1 glass of warm or hot water (12-16 oz.)
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
2 tablespoon lemon juice.

¼ teaspoon cinnamon.
1 dash cayenne pepper.
1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)
Turmeric and Ginger
Ingredients:
1.12-16 oz of coconut water
2. 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
3. ½-1 teaspoon of ginger
4. Juice of ½ of a lemon
5. Pinch of sea salt
6. 1 teaspoon of honey
Wheatgrass
Ingredients
Wheatgrass, enough to make about 1/2 cup (113.4 grams) when cut and chopped
2 to 3 cups (500 to 750 milliliters) water
½ of a lemon
