Day 4 - #21DaysForGood
Well when I think of yesterday I did very well through the morning, the afternoon, and again the evening became a bit of a challenge.
I had a Cesar kale salad for dinner and a glass of champagne and one Coca-Cola. I opted for the full sugar because I needed the caffeine and I was getting a headache.
I'm telling you, the food is very good . My favorite yesterday, was the watermelon juice.
I knew the food would be good. It's more setting your mind to it. It should be easy knowing that the foods already there, but it's almost like clothes in the closet.. you never know what you're in the mood for.
But what's happening is that I am loving the results - I can feel a difference and can't wait to weigh myself on Sunday!
