When you're on the go, you need healthy solutions to keep your diet on track. So many things can derail it. But I love the ease and convenience of Snap Kitchen for helping me eat well any time.
I first found out abou SNAP Kitchen in 2015 fall just before my 50th birthday. I went on their 21 day challenge and loved the 13 pound weight drop but more importantly taste and quality of their foods. I'll admit that my first day on a 1200 calorie diet had me hungry and thinking all the time about eating. But as days 2 and 3, 4 went by, I was not only full, I found myself not really eating everything in my meal plan.
Now you don't have to be on a diet to go to SNAP Kitchen. These days I stop in regularly to keep a few favorites on hand. I love the Chia Pudding snacks but new favorite may be the Strawberry Chocolate Pistachio Parfait but I also like to keep meals on hand like Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon meal or the new comfort line of Hot Chicken with Mac & Cheese!
