3. Have a "berry" nice day! Blueberries offer a host of brain boosting antioxidants and they are low in calories, but high in fiber, vitamin C and vitamin K.

4. Broccoli boosting.  This mini tree is an incredible nutrient superfood. Broccoli is very low in calories, providing only 31 calories per cup and 5 grams of fiber. Partner that with the fact it has Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Selenium, and a very good source of  Vitamin A, and Vitamin C, and you'll know why it's so good for you!
